Meghan Markle is feeling the absence of her Valentine, Prince Harry, this year.

To celebrate Valentine’s Day, the Duchess of Sussex shared a never-before-seen photo of herself and her husband, 40, on her newly launched Instagram page. Although they’re spending the holiday apart, with Prince Harry continuing his involvement with the Invictus Games in Canada while Meghan returned home to California earlier this week to be with their two children, Prince Archie, 5, and Princess Lilibet, 3, the couple still found a way to celebrate their love.

She wrote in the post, "Back home taking care of our babies and missing my Valentine, as he continues on at the Invictus Games, changing lives and reminding all of us of the power of healing and resilience through these incredible veterans and their families. Beyond proud of my husband and what he’s created."

“My love, I will eat burgers & fries and fish & chips with you forever,” Meghan continued. “Thank you for you.”

She signed off with the hashtag #lovewins and a simple, "As ever, M."

Meghan and Harry’s shared Valentine’s Day tribute is just one of the many public displays of affection they’ve had this year. While they are physically apart on the holiday, their bond remains strong, as evidenced by their previous double date with Michael Bublé and his wife, Luisana Lopilato, on February 10.

While Prince Harry and Meghan are apart this Valentine’s Day, it’s clear they are as united as ever, both personally and professionally, especially as they continue their respective projects.
